The combined resorts sit on 2.5 acres, with parking right at your bungalow and both shade and sun. Key Largo attractions are easy to reach. The gardens are lush and full of mangoes, coconuts, colorful flowers, and little lizards. It feels like a secluded tropical oasis. Peg bakes fresh, delicious breakfast scones every day, starting at dawn, and we enjoyed them with hot coffee in the garden. She makes different kinds, including Mango & White Chocolate with fruit from her tree beside her cute mobile bakery. What a treat! I loved chatting with Peg about her recipes and hearing the history from Jo. It's clearly a labor of love. Today we'll use the free kayaks and paddle boards and visit the private pool, all within walking distance of our bungalow. Just lovely, perfect.

The room was clean and recently updated, with comfortable beds and everything nicely appointed. Staff were gracious, polite, and helpful with local suggestions. We also loved the morning coffee and gourmet scones in the garden, with gluten-free and vegan options, a lovely way to meet other guests and start the day. The complimentary kayaks were a treat. We went out on two days and saw several manatees close by in the calm bay water. The pool stays at eighty six degrees year-round, which is a fantastic luxury. The waterfront has a small beach, pier, and palapa for sunsets. The grounds are manicured and lush, with orchids, flowers, little lizards, and mature shade trees. Coming onto the property from the busy tourist highway felt like entering a peaceful tropical oasis. If you want a livelier evening, nearby Playa Largo Resort has sunset live music, a tiki bar, and upscale cocktails without paying $750 a night. Now you can see why I love Bay Harbor. If I come back to Key Largo, I'll stay here again. P.S. They didn't even pay me to say this.

The service is what made our stay special. Every team member went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the attention felt personal. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Coconut Bay Resort has lovely views of the ocean, clean rooms, and well-kept grounds that made it easy to relax. There was plenty to do, whether lounging by the pool, spending time at the beach, or joining activities, and the food choices were varied and consistently good. A thoughtful morning treat was the complimentary homemade scones and coffee, fresh and delicious. It was a relaxing, fun getaway, and we'll definitely be back. I'd recommend it to anyone after a stress-free vacation in a beautiful setting.

Peg's scones are to die for, and the morning coffee is worth making sure you don't miss. The room looked recently updated, the bed was amazing, and the AC was cold. It's a very quiet resort tucked into lush foliage, with a beautiful private beach and complimentary kayaks for a spin around the water.

We came to town for a wedding and ended up loving our stay at Bay Harbor Lodge. The family clearly puts a lot of care into the place, and those breakfast scones changed our minds about scones completely. Our room was comfortable, the location worked well, and being able to grab a kayak or paddleboard whenever we wanted was such a treat. The heated pool was just the right temperature too. We’re already looking forward to coming back and have told our family and friends to stay here. You won’t regret booking it.
