Ms Kiersten welcomed my family and me warmly. She gave us extra towels and all the information we needed.

This was the second time Kierstin checked me in, and she was bubbly and helpful again. She told me about nearby restaurants and the amenities they offer. Her personality and professionalism are why I'll keep coming back as long as she's there.

The breakfast was awesome, and the place was very clean and quiet. There are lots of restaurants around, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were great, except for one young woman who had a bad attitude.

We were here for five nights while waiting to leave for Germany after moving out of our home on post. We're a family of six and had all our belongings with us. The staff kept complaining about our kids being kids, and they even tried to blame them for breaking the elevator. It was already falling apart and felt sketchy the first time we used it. Our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay. The only reason we tried to extend instead of finding another hotel was the amount of stuff we had to move. When my husband went to the desk, they said there was a note on our account saying we weren't allowed to extend. Honestly, it was a blessing, because we're completely done with this place. The treatment was worse than the condition of the hotel. In my experience, if you aren't Black, expect open disrespect from staff. Their rudeness was blatant. Our only positive interactions were with an older white woman and a younger white woman. Young Black kids were swimming alone in the pool and nobody said anything. But when my white children just went out to the pool without even getting in, they were scolded. That confirmed for me that this was a race-based issue. We had no problems with any of the white employees. One particularly disturbing incident involved a Black male employee who saw me leave my two 12-year-old daughters and their friend alone in the room. He came knocking and tried to get them to open the door, asking, “Why are you calling the cops?” and saying someone's room had called the cops. The rooms were filthy, with grime in every corner, food stains, poop, and dirt smeared on the walls, plus mold on the towels. The smell was nauseating. Don't expect extra blankets, towels, or even sheets and bedding for the pullout couch, which was falling apart. The PTAC heater and AC were disgusting too. The photo of wet toilet paper was from when I cleaned one of the tile squares. We lost five nights here, and can't get that time back. This place is horrendous.
