The little lake is nice for walking the dogs, and laundry is available around the clock, with scan-to-pay or cash. The place is clean and quiet, pet friendly, and the staff are helpful. There are no bugs, the location is great, and the kitchenettes are actual kitchenettes. For the same price, I’ve stayed elsewhere and gotten nowhere near this many amenities. Glad I found it. Great value.

The after-hours support here matters a lot to me. You can call someone on site by picking up the lobby phone and letting it ring until the office phone stops. Then the call forwards to the staff safety cellphone, and someone answers to help, whether you’re locked out or have another problem. They do have guidelines, but they really try. I’ve had to sleep in my car before when a hotel couldn’t help me after hours, and that won’t happen here. I wish every place offered this kind of support. Everyone’s experience is different, but I think it helps to follow the rules, be respectful, and let the staff know if something comes up. They do their best to help, whether you’re staying one night, a week, or longer. The team deserves recognition. Amber and the housekeeping staff are amazing. Issac goes above and beyond, Freddy helps wherever he can, Cecil keeps everything clean and welcoming, and Taylor is a great manager. Tina wears a lot of hats and jumps in wherever she’s needed. Great job to the whole team. I truly recommend staying here.

This is a budget extended stay, so bring your own kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, and cups if you plan to use the kitchenette. They provide one set of linens, a blanket, and two pillows per bed, along with two towels, two washcloths, and a floor mat. If you want more towels, you’ll need to bring them. And for terrycloth robes and daily room service, you can try a Marriott and ask for the $45/night rate. 🤣🤣🤣 For the lowest-cost extended stay in Tulsa, this place gives you more than you’d expect. The building is clean and secure, the staff are absolutely great, and the rooms beat some pricier places in town. It’s an exceptionally good value for the price.

The room shows some wear and tear, probably from serving travelers. There’s road noise with the main roads nearby. Still, the staff provided very good service, were excellent with customer service, and gave me useful information about the hotel. A fair stay.

I checked in for two nights but left the next morning to find another hotel. There was no hot water, rodents were on the sidewalk, and a strange smell ran throughout the hotel. The beds had been cleaned, but they were very worn out. Staff refused to refund the second night.
