The turtles and macaw on the property were a big hit with the kids and made the stay feel special. Our room was bright and airy, and sitting on the balcony in the ocean breeze was lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is a relaxing place to enjoy the island. Mallory Square is an easy walk for the famous sunset, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. We also liked the food and service at Four Flamingos, a great option right at the resort.

We showed up in Key West on a spur-of-the-moment trip with no room booked, and Shantell (Zimbabwe,) really came through at check-in. We asked for a balcony and water view, and she found us a room with two balconies, one overlooking the water and the other the business area. After getting us settled, she gave us each a complimentary Pina colada and made sure we had what we needed. The room was huge, modern, bright, clean, and beautiful, with a Nespresso Machine, fridge, couch, and large-screen smart TV. My husband prefers coffee to Espresso, so housekeeping also brought us a Keurig. You can rent golf carts, bikes, and scooters here. We rented a golf cart and had no problems at all. Highly recommend the place, and shout out to Shantell for getting us such a great room!

The location is unbeatable, and the pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. The rooms, though, are expensive for what you get: they're roomy, but old and run down, with rusty bathroom fixtures and tile coming loose. Service was generally friendly, if not especially fast. We were first put in a loud room by the parking lot. The front desk moved us to a much nicer one, which we appreciated, though it would've been better to get a good room from the start. Come for the location and people, not the rooms.

The sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking, and the resort is in a great spot for everything in Key West. We got married here in November, and from the moment we started looking, I connected with Kelsey, the wedding director. She and her team were the absolute best and so accommodating with everything. We can't say enough good things about them. Definitely choose an ocean view room.

We rode rented bicycles around Key West and enjoyed the pier, beach chairs, and being close to restaurants, bars, excursions, and other fun. They also rent jet skis and golf carts, so there's plenty available right there. Checkout was seamless: they called us a taxi back to the airport. Thanks so much.
