The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very pleasant, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. For the price, I wasn’t impressed with the room. There were ants all over the kitchen and in the bedroom, and the side of the refrigerator was filthy. The daily $25 resort fee, plus taxes, felt excessive for access to just a pool, with no fitness center, hot tub, or other amenities. There are much nicer places with more to offer.

The front desk team deserves a special mention. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, always ready to assist and make us feel at ease. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and towels, and all the shared areas were very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and genuinely warm service. We’d happily return and recommend it to other travelers. Thx

The view was beautiful, especially the ocean at sunset, and downtown Key West was only about a 10-minute drive away. We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Laureate in a clean, roomy suite. The amenities were just right for relaxing and making a home-cooked meal, which we did a couple of times. A special shout-out to the front desk team, especially Charlot. We ran into a couple of hiccups and needed help, and the staff responded promptly and made sure everything was fully resolved. They were very courteous and professional. We had a great experience and will stay again next time we’re in Key West.

I usually forget to write reviews, but remembering to leave one for our stay at the laureate was easy. The staff were terrific, and I couldn’t recommend the place more. Our suite for six was perfect. Thanks so much, laureate team!

After years working in the luxury resort industry, I was truly impressed by this hotel. The room was very clean and the pool area was lovely, but the customer service stood out most. Five-star care, from texting me before we arrived to helping my husband mail something he’d left behind. Impeccable service! We can’t wait to return.
