I’ve visited Maui four times in the last ten months, and this was the best place I’ve stayed. Our condo was spotless, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and had everything we needed. The emails with rainy day suggestions were welcome, as was the emphasis on an easy checkout so we could relax on the last day. There were coolers, beach chairs, towels, and a sun umbrella for a trip across S. Kihei Rd to the beach. Parking wasn’t always close to the condo, but none of the spaces were far away. There was a little noise from upstairs traffic, which might bother someone sensitive to it, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. All around, a very positive experience. I’m grateful we had this place to call home for a while in beautiful Maui. 🤙🙏

We found this place three years ago and have enjoyed coming back for affordable yearly vacations. The tropical garden is lovely, everything is very clean, and the unit we stay in was recently remodeled.

I love the complex and its community, and I can see a lot of potential here. But rental listings don’t mention how often flooding happens. The community and roads flood, and when it rains more than a sprinkle, the roads can wash out. It has happened at least once a year in front of this property and all along S Kihei Rd. The pool and hot tub can be out of service for weeks or months, and cars have been destroyed. Getting into the area can take a spirit of adventure, so it may not work for kids or anyone infirm. I love the complex, but this is something all the listings here should mention.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our Airbnb was so comfy and close to the pool, and the landscaping was pretty, green, and clean. It’s a nice, quiet place in a good spot, close to everything. Totally recommend.
