We kept comfortable with the fans and good airflow, and the condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. We walked about 15-20 minutes to the market at the end of the beach for fruit and vegetables. Would recommend.

The location in Kihei, right across from the beach, is great. Rooms are a good size and the upper floors have a nice view. The rooms feel very dated, like the early eighties, although the bathroom and kitchen have been updated. The foldout sofa was really uncomfortable, an old style with a thin mattress and springs in your back, lol. Our coffee machine didn't work, but staff replaced it later that morning.

We had a great view from our fifth-floor unit and a nice ocean breeze. The room got pretty warm in the late afternoon and early evening, when the sun was to the west, but otherwise it was very nice. The spa was the main downside. The jets wouldn't start at first, so the water just sat still. A day later the jets worked, but the heater didn't, and the water was quite cool.

We were upgraded to a room with a view at no charge. The apartment was large and spacious, and reception staff were incredibly friendly. It wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed, but it was among the cleanest. There was no air conditioning, though we didn't need it.
