We stayed six nights in April and would come back. It’s an older place, but clean and well kept, and it was just right for our family of four. The grounds were cared for, the pool was a 10/10, and the beach is right there with nice sand and waves. Our second-floor unit had an ocean view. Laundry is shared, and you pay through a mobile app.

We’d stay here again. The complex is in the heart of Kihei, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores. The beach access felt private, and we loved the very clean pool. There aren’t many units, so it stayed uncrowded. Our unit had a beach view that was great for breakfast in the morning.

I rented D224. It was clean and organized, with a good view and close to the beach. The downsides: the main A/C sits on the balcony and puts out heat and noise, so you can’t use the A/C inside and the balcony at the same time. The TVs are tiny, and the menu text is too small to navigate.

We had a great time here over Christmas and New Year’s. It’s a quiet, very nice place to enjoy some time off. The condo was clean, in great shape, and had a perfect layout. The pool was nice, the sunsets were fantastic, and even the available laundry room was clean and nice.

The location was the best part for us: the beach was close, the sunsets were beautiful, and it was quiet with good privacy. But the owners of our condo did the bare minimum. The AC was so bad that the living room reached 86, so we couldn't have family gatherings there. Food melted, and bugs swarmed the counters whenever anything was left out. We had the same bug issue in the bathroom. Avoid A103, and read each condo's listing carefully. We didn't pay enough attention ourselves, so some of that was on us. Other family members stayed in different condos and had a very nice time. We booked through Maui rentals, and they tried to help, but the owners' wishes limited what they could do. It baffles me that owners who rent to families wouldn't want to accommodate them. This felt like it was only about what they wanted for themselves in “their” condo. The pool was great, but the rules were very strict and didn't allow much. It seemed like swimming laps was the only suitable thing to do. The manager called us out several times for playing games and using a speaker, even when we were the only ones there. So there were good and bad parts. It depends on whether your family wants a place to spend time together or you're after a quiet getaway on your own.
