Deborah was at the desk most of our visit and was kind and accommodating throughout. My husband, grandson, and I had come to hunt nearby and stayed at the Dakota Hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Deborah is definitely an asset to the business, and we’d stay again if we return to the area.

After a long drive, the staff made us pizza and brought it right to our room. Everyone was welcoming and hospitable during our two nights in town for a wedding. One staff member even paid for a Sprite from the vending machine when my card wouldn’t work. The whole stay felt like home. 10/10, would recommend.

Coming back to a happy hotel after a long day at work is always pleasant, and the employees deserve a lot of credit. The service is great, the system works well, and I’d give them six stars for service if I could. If the staff see this, you do a great job going above and beyond. A great hotel all around!

The staff were nice and accommodating, and breakfast was better than at most places: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, and cereal. The rooms were clean and the shower was hot. Prices around here are high, at least for me, but that’s expected in oilfield country. Be ready for some noise between 4 and 5 a.m., when many workers get up and leave, talking and slamming doors. Pretty good overall.
