Courtyard Killeen Marriott

Jenn was on duty when I first stopped at Courtyard, my first stop in Killeen. I'd flown in for Easter weekend with my son, who had recently been stationed at Ft. Hood, and she was so hospitable. My fridge never worked, but they offered another one. I decided not to put maintenance through the trouble of swapping it. The hospitality mattered more than the fridge. Everyone, from housekeeping and the front desk to the bar and maintenance, was accommodating. My whole stay was amazing, and the service was five stars. Thanks for a great Easter weekend with my soldier.

We've been coming here just about every other week for a year and three months, except for this past month. We could tell Seiana was new as soon as we walked in. It was her first day working alone, and even with the hotel busy she stayed calm, patient, professional, and friendly, making sure people were taken care of. She clearly cares about helping guests and doing a good job. That's impressive for a first solo day. Big shout-out to Seiana Mae Ann Nedlic at the Courtyard Marriott in Killeen, Texas. Thanks for making our visit pleasant. The Courtyard Marriott is lucky to have you. Keep up the great work!

Broderic and Deborah are exceptional every time I'm at this property. They make each visit great for me and all the people we bring along, and employees like them are hard to find. I stay at a lot of Marriotts, over 150 nights last year, and this Courtyard's service is amazing, better than some five-star hotels I've stayed in. It's truly second to none. I hope management sees this and knows how much they're appreciated.

Charmaine made us feel welcome and well looked after, and she was able to accommodate a special request. Our room was clean, and the room service was excellent. The location is close to lots of restaurants, a movie theater, and a mall. Everything was perfect!
