Home2 Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport

The hotel was very clean, in a great spot not far from the airport, and the staff were otherwise friendly. Breakfast was included and was a full hot meal, with sausage, eggs, potatoes, and more. I’d recommend staying here, and hope they keep up the cleanliness because it really is a beautiful hotel. Service was a mixed bag. We arrived early in the morning after six hours of driving, but no one was at the front desk. Another staff member walked past us and, when I asked for help checking in, said he didn’t work at the desk and didn’t know where the front desk person had gone. I thought he could at least use a walkie talkie to let them know someone was waiting, or see what he could do. It was off putting, and we still waited about 10 to 15 minutes for the desk person to show up. We also had broken glass in the room. The young man who came to clean it up arrived right away and was very nice. I can understand that one person may have been covering several jobs during the night or early morning. That’s why I’d give the service four stars rather than three.
