We arrived with all our luggage 30 minutes early, but the staff member was incredibly rude on the phone and said we had to wait until the exact check-in time. The interior feels prehistoric, like everything is at least 30 years old. The mattress was so worn and uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the floor. We couldn't take it anymore, so we checked out a day early. Avoid trail creek 11, and don't waste your money here like we did.

I've stayed at Trail Creek Condos on several ski trips. The location is great, right off the mountain, with a ski back trail. The one and two bedroom condos are a decent size, and neither unit had cleanliness problems. Unit 43 was comfortable and had no issues, so I highly recommend it. Unit 11 needs better upkeep and should be avoided until that's addressed. In Unit 11, my family found the bed uncomfortable, and the sofa bed I used was worse. Its mattress was thin, I could feel springs, and I slept badly. The bathroom sink drain was also stuck closed. My ratings are 2/5 for Unit 11 and 5/5 for Unit 43.

The kids liked the pool table, and the location is great, within walking distance of the golf club and Grand Resort. Our condo was very nice and clean. The indoor pool facilities at Trail Creek need some attention, though. The hot tub wasn't very hot, and the larger spa jets weren't working, though that spa was hot. The exercise equipment also needs updating.

The condo was clean and had an updated kitchen and living area, though the bedroom bedding could use warmer, more current options. We stayed warm by the fire, and the woodshed is right out front for wood. Trail Creek has a good location, a ski home trail, a pool, and a hot tub. I wish the jacuzzi had been operating. We'll go again.

The ski home trail makes up for the hike to Snowshed, which is longer than it looks and probably the toughest part of the ski week. The accommodations are nice overall, though the rooms in our unit were small and the bed was very squishy, and not quite queen size. Every unit is probably different, but the living room was cozy, so it's still a good choice.
