Quality Inn & Suites Kimberly - Appleton East

The suite was worn down, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned, far below the room quality advertised. The furniture was stained and outdated, the carpet felt dirty, and there was a noticeable smell when we walked in. The bathroom had water pressure problems, and basic amenities were missing or in poor condition. It felt like corners had been cut everywhere. For a place called “Quality” that promotes comfortable, spacious suites, this was anything but. When we raised our concerns, customer service brushed them off instead of handling them professionally. The stay wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was generally clean, but some basic details were overlooked. When we arrived, the toilet paper was already 75% gone and the shampoo and conditioner were out. There wasn't any soap in the pool restroom, either. Even at a budget hotel, I expected these basics to be taken care of before guests arrived.

Our last stay was better than ever. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and everything was immaculate, including the pool and hot tub. We've stayed here before because the rates are great and the location works perfectly for us.

The rooms were adequate, and the pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast wasn't well stocked, there was no elevator, and things were somewhat dirty. Still, it was a good budget stay.
