The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job, and the woman serving breakfast was really sweet. I enjoyed my week here, especially at the start, but the construction made the last part of the stay frustrating enough that I feel a discount would have been fair. The stairs between the second floor and lobby were closed, and with the first floor under construction, that hallway couldn’t be used. To get to breakfast or other amenities, we had to take the elevator to the back of the first floor and walk outside to the front in 35 degree weather. Pretty inconvenient.

The new king room was really nice, and the breakfast bar was very good. Mr. Mitchell was awesome when we checked in last night, and the young person working this morning was polite and friendly too. We’ll definitely be back.

I was charged a parking fee without being told, and they held $250 for incidentals for just one night. The building was under construction, and at breakfast I waited 20 minutes for coffee while they had nothing ready. Customer service was the worst. If you ask me, I’d never stay here again.

They canceled my room before I arrived and never let me know. I only found out after driving two hours. The whole experience was absolute bullshit.

We were on the second floor in a newly renovated room. It was quiet, clean, and spacious. They’re remodeling the place, and we’d stay here again if we were in the area.
