The damage in the room was more than I expected from a cheap hotel, so I took photos and let the office know to avoid being stuck with the charges. They were understanding and handled it well. The place is quiet, seems dog friendly, and sits right off I-5, making it a good base for exploring southern Oregon. I do wish the lamps had charging ports. You'll need a wall plug to charge anything.

After a blown tire delayed us, the staff let us check out late while we waited for the repair. They were so welcoming, and even handed us fresh bottles of water when we checked in. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with a cozy bed and lovely hardwood floors. Really kind service all around.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. A cozy place for the night whether you're just passing through or staying for another reason. I'd recommend it.

There were people using drugs in the parking lot, and it looked like some guests might be renting rooms long term. In the room, the TV didn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom ceiling fan was hanging down with wires exposed. Definitely don't stay here.
