I haven't booked a room here myself, though friends who have stayed say they're modern and updated. My five-star review is really for the Best Bar and Grill in the Bay, where I like to hang out and unwind. The bartenders are helpful and get my personalized drinks just right each time. Today, Rosa recognized me and remembered all the ingredients in my usual drink when I came in to unwind before a demanding day. She took care of it without questions, and someone suggested the breakfast bar, which was AMAZING! Prices are good, the staff are friendly, sports are on, and they show most basketball and football games live. The drinks are great too. I've tried something new from the grill each time, but my favorite is the steak salad with blue cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette. Thanks so much to ROSA for the great service today and every time I visit. MS. Rachel will be missed, she was the BEST BARTENDER EVER.

I stay here regularly for work, and the staff are a big reason I love the hotel. They're incredibly kind, especially the shuttle drivers. A couple of Filipino drivers have taken me to and from places during several stays, and they're respectful, genuine, and kindhearted people. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in, better than beds at any Westin, Marriott, or other hotel I've tried.

I tried the buffet today and really enjoyed it. For the price, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back. At Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill, David welcomed me warmly and kept checking in, so I felt comfortable and noticed throughout the visit. Thanks again for your excellent help and service, David.

Freddie especially made the staff stand out, and the restaurant has a wide-ranging menu. The rooms are comfortable and consistently clean. This hotel always does a great job, so don't hesitate to book your next stay.

The Oakland airport is close by, which works well for me, but it's the staff who've made these stays so positive. Jose has gone out of his way many times to get us to and from the airport. It's nice to see someone who takes pride in doing the job well and making guests happy.
