The rooms have been cleaned well and smell pleasant, and I like that there are coffee pods and a recycling bin. They’re modern, with very comfortable beds, good quality pillows, and plenty of them. I always get a room with a sofa bed, and the bedding is already there, so I never need to ask the front desk. That happens all the time elsewhere. The breakfast has lots of options and excellent service. The staff, especially the front desk attendants, are extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s a nice option in Kingman.

I was glad to get a second-floor room since the hotel has exterior doors only and I was traveling alone. Still, I was uneasy that the door had no extra upper lock, just the deadbolt on the handle, so I put a chair in front of it for my own comfort and security. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely put together. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices, and the service was quick, good, and friendly at check-in and in the breakfast area. I took a quick trip to Kingman and stayed at this Best Western.

Jazzman was so helpful, kind, and friendly when she extended our stay by another night. Everyone here seemed eager to help, and the service was exceptional. We stayed with our cat, and the pet room was very clean. It’s a great central location for trips to Oatman, Seligman, and a hike in Hualapai Mountains.

Our king pet room was roomy and exceptionally clean, a welcome surprise since pet rooms at some places can be cringe-worthy. Breakfast was fresh, clean, and had everything we needed to start the day. The hotel was properly staffed, unlike so many others. I’m picky about hotel condition, and I have no complaints about this one.

We needed an accessible shower, and this hotel had rooms with one. It was one of the nicer handicap showers we’ve had in a hotel. The hot breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels or toast, plus yogurt and fruit if you wanted something lighter. Everything was clean, and the room was comfortable. Customer service was great too: when we couldn’t get the WiFi working, someone came to help within a couple of minutes. It was a nice hotel for our budget.
