The location worked well, and the woman at the desk and the morning room service staff were all really kind. Still, I don't think I'd return, even if the price felt fair. Our first room had hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, an unvacuumed floor, and white powder across the bed. We asked to switch rooms, but there was still hair on the bed and the floor hadn't been vacuumed there either. It was late, so we just went to sleep. I also didn't feel comfortable turning on the AC because of how it looked. That's not the staff's fault, but management should take a look.

The neighborhood outside felt scary, though at least my car windows were still intact. The room was a mess too: dirty old sheets, towels that were completely black, broken AC, and no working door lock. Each time we needed to get in, we had to return to reception and ask someone to open it. There was no light in the room either, so back to reception again. The pillows were old and flat, and the mattress bounced like it belonged a century ago. Coffee was ridiculously cold and the hot water wasn't hot, so they told us to microwave our coffee. The receptionist was very rude. The price was what you'd expect to pay for a lovely four-star hotel. Run, don't even consider staying here.

We were happy with everything else, and breakfast was simple, which suited us since we don't eat much in the morning and I was just breaking my fast. The staff stayed friendly even after I accidentally broke a sink faucet handle, and they repaired it. The room was clean apart from the tub. You can only clean so much when a renovation is needed to make everything look right 🤣. I think our housekeeper's name was Jessica, from the card in room 207. If that's right, thanks for the good work, and keep it up.

We stayed one night as a family on December 29, 2025, and I thought the hotel was worth the price. The hallway smelled of smoke, but thankfully it didn't reach our room. Our room was very clean. I forgot the cleaner's name, but they did such a good job that I left a tip. Breakfast was basic, though plenty to get my day started on a road trip. It was much better than what I had at West Inn NAU - Downtown Flagstaff, another two-star hotel. The difference was huge. I'd happily stay here again when I'm around Kingman.

The location just off route 66 and I40 is great, and breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much to it. Our reserved king suite had a broken bed frame that made the bed slant. The housekeeper said she'd reported it the day before. I had to call to ask for a different room, and the front desk didn't seem keen to offer choices. There were no other king suites, so we got a queen suite instead. At least its bed frame was intact. The couch fabric was filthy, the towels looked ready to fall apart, and there was obvious water damage on the ceiling. Some towels were so dingy they looked gray instead of white. The property clearly isn't well maintained. The man checking us in wasn't very personable. Even with a significant discount, the night barely felt worth what I paid.
