Baymont by Wyndham Kingston Plymouth Bay

We had a two-year-old and lots of luggage, but the signs for our room eventually led nowhere, so I had to call to get a new room. There wasn’t an ice bucket, and when I called, they told me to use a bag instead. After we finally settled in, the shower was extremely loud and its handle fell off. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it if you have any other option, even sleeping in your car.

We got a suite upgrade on this second visit, and having a kitchen was a huge help with our two children. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff do everything they can to make sure you have what you need. Even housekeeping asked how our stay was when we checked out. The customer service is the best, and everyone here is incredibly nice. If you stay, try the Mexican restaurant next door too. It was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Thank you!

The staff are what make this such a welcoming place. They were kind, helpful, generous with their time and advice, and management even offered to mail my son’s shorts and t-shirt to my home in Michigan after I left them in the room. The rooms and pool area were both very clean, and the continental breakfast was generous, with peaches freshly picked from the tree on site. There’s also a fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The location is great if you’re visiting the Plymouth MA area. I’m looking forward to coming back in the fall to visit my son.

The front desk staff were friendly and personable, and the hotel was comfortable. Housekeeping was less reliable: I had to change the sofa-bed sheets, and when we pulled it out, there were cheese puffs and juice boxes underneath. They also left the room door wide open after cleaning. I was relieved nobody came in and took our laptops or tablets.
