I first stayed here in Oct 2011 on a motorcycle trip, and I'm planning to come back in Oct 2012. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff quite friendly. It has the look of an old Howard Johnson, but much better. The price was fair, and with the clean rooms and friendly service, the value was great. I think the pool was being worked on last time, so I hope it's open this visit. After a long bike trip, I'd enjoy relaxing there. Next door is a typical diner with very friendly staff. Its breakfast buffet was hearty and good, and the 10% discount rate helped. The food is what you'd expect from a diner, good enough to fill you up. I'm looking forward to that buffet again.

We picked this place during a motorcycle trip after riding quite a bit in the rain. The clean, spacious room was on the second floor and had a nice balcony with a sliding door. We asked at check-in whether there was a pool, and the desk said yes, which influenced our choice. Turns out we should've asked if we could actually use it, because it was closed. We were disappointed but made the best of it. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

The vending machines could use more choices, lol. Still, the price was great, the room was surprisingly good, and it was very quiet. I remember the place from years ago as a Howard Johnson's, and even though the restaurant is gone, I was impressed by the room. I picked it because the other hotels nearby were overpriced. I travel a lot and would recommend this location, and keep it on my list for another stay.

I was nervous at first, but ended up having a long weekend with no issues. It was clean and quiet, and reasonably priced. There weren't any loud children or guests around. The carpet and bathroom were very clean, the bed was perfect, and the lobby coffee machine was wonderful. I'd recommend it.

From the outside I was a little unsure, but the room turned out to be large, quite nice, and very clean. I really enjoyed it.
