I spent around 11 weeks here while traveling for work, and it turned into a good place to rest and recharge. Mornings were nice with fresh coffee, cereal and milk, plus the other little touches. The room was clean and the AC worked just right. Staff were attentive and welcoming, especially the front desk team, who were always quick to help and made the place feel familiar. I'd recommend it for business trips or longer stays.

For a budget motel, it was perfectly fine for the price. Booking on Sonesta's website went smoothly, and at check-in the friendly desk clerk upgraded us to a king suite because the more convenient ground-floor rooms, which open straight outdoors, were all taken. There was a faint musty smell at first, but airing the room out while we unpacked helped. The outlets around the bathroom didn't work, so we used the ones in the main room. A pleasant stay overall.

The price was reasonable, and it was near a few restaurants as well as a convenient distance from my work. I might stay again, since the place was alright for what it cost. I didn't try the breakfast, though it was offered. There were some problems: roaches in the rooms, a door hinge coming apart, and a broken latch. The heat also wasn't working, so the night was cold. I mentioned it, but nothing was done; it was warmer over the following days anyway. Bring your own towels, Lysol and maybe bug spray.

Rooms are roomy and well kept, and the people working there were welcoming. It's right off 77, which makes it easy to head in different directions and explore. The price is reasonable too. I'd recommend it.

For the price, this is hard to beat. We got a comfortable, clean room and a friendly welcome at the front desk. It worked well for a quick overnight stop, and we'll come back on our next road trip.
