Courtyard Seattle Kirkland

I was here on a business trip and the staff made things easy, even letting me check in early, which helped with my schedule. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help. The rooms felt modern and had what I needed, and were clean. I also enjoyed the restaurant’s food and drinks, along with relaxing in the comfortable lobby and outdoor courtyard between meetings.

I left my watch behind and the staff went out of their way to get it back to me after I’d already gone home. That service really impressed me. It was a great stay, with excellent rooms and amenities, and friendly, helpful staff.

This location didn’t feel up to Marriott standards. The windows seem very cheap, since outside sounds come through as if they were open. The parking lot is small and costs extra. The thermostat also seems inconsistent from room to room.

We had a nice stay in a clean, pleasant king room with a pull-out couch for our baby. The location was exactly what we needed. My only gripe is the parking fee. I’d understand paying if the lot were gated, but nothing stopped someone from coming in and breaking into my car. I’m not sure why parking costs extra. We’re from Oklahoma, so maybe this is a Washington thing. Breakfast is also paid from the menu, not included.
