Having to leave home for a few days because of a mildew problem brought me to Lakeview Boutique Hotel. The 24-hour customer service line was especially helpful while I was getting used to how things worked, and everyone I spoke with was terrific. Their setup is a little different from a typical hotel, but very customer-friendly. I ended my stay a day early and they refunded that night to my Visa. Thanks so much, Lakeview Boutique. Cheers! :)

For two nights I paid $200, which is hard to find these days, and the hotel is near shops and restaurants. There’s also a free parking garage right beneath it. My room and bathroom were roomy and spotless, with no odd smells or stains. The owner was kind and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised and have plenty of good things to say about the place.

We stopped here for one night after visiting Seattle. The room was clean and had a charming look with some modern updates, and the price was good. In the morning, Starbucks was an easy walk away. Service was great and they responded quickly when we had questions. Such a pleasant stay.

The service was excellent, but there was a lot of traffic noise and it wasn't very quiet. I was glad our room was warm because the building felt really cold when we arrived. Not having a front desk wasn't great, and the garage where we parked was dark and cold. Entering a number to get into the building at night felt strange, too.

Everything was close and convenient, and the staff were so friendly and treated us with care and respect. The hotel felt peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax. We had a really good stay and I’d recommend it.
