The room had a few serious maintenance and cleanliness problems: visible mold around the window trim, a dirty carpet, cracked walls, and towels with holes. The sheets were stained, so I asked housekeeping for another set. Those were stained too, though they assured me they were clean. I also have allergies, and there was no mention online of the hotel cat. The Wi-Fi didn’t work all week, and the parking lot needs work. Check-in was okay, but breakfast was never ready at the advertised 6:30. Staff would start putting it out then and make rude comments to people waiting at that time. The selection was limited. It felt run-down, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here or come back myself.

Patty at the front desk did an outstanding job, and the rest of the staff were remarkable too. We were so happy with the service at the BAYMONT by wyndom. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we couldn’t ask for much more.

For the price, the rest of the stay looked good, with a decent breakfast and room service. The shower curtain had stains, though, and there was no lock on the bathroom door.

After a long workday, those cookies hit the spot. The staff made the stay feel welcoming too. Patty even made coffee for me while I was dashing out to my truck in the morning, Elizabeth was always on point, and the manager does a great job juggling everything. Thanks to all the ladies for the hospitality. And Henry Marbles, the oool cat, is there for anyone who can stop awhile. If you need a pool, you may be disappointed right now, but for work, Wi-Fi, and friendly people to talk to, this place is a good fit.
