Gause Blvd has just about everything, and there are other stores nearby. It's a good location, and the staff were friendly most of the time. I stayed for about two weeks and got a good price, though I wouldn't call it the best value. The rooms need a lot of maintenance, and my key cards had to be reset or replaced four days in a row. There was little noise from neighbors. The room came with a microwave and refrigerator. The basic laundromat got the job done, though only one of its two washers was working while I was there. I'd stay again if I needed an inexpensive place for a longer stay.

Bed bugs! They rented me a room they knew had them, and I was bitten all night. When I asked to move to the renovated side of the hotel, they refused, saying my things were “infested.” The owner was awful about customer service and seemed to care only about the money. They didn't care that I had to wash all my clothes and deal with swollen bites all over my body. Don't rent a room here!

The place looked run down and nothing like the pictures. A large privacy fence around it, along with the side-street location, made it feel unsafe to me. The posted rules mention “rent,” so it seems to be used for extended stays, and they also say broken cars can't be left in the parking lot. I didn't stay. The sign said a full refund was available within 10 minutes of check-in, but they wouldn't refund us.

I paid $75 a night during a busy event weekend and ended up sleeping in my truck because the place was so bad. The pillows and sheets were yellow, the towels had hair on them, and the whole place smelled like piss. They wouldn't reimburse me, but sleeping in the truck was the right call. This was worse than a pay-by-the-hour motel. The fence looks like it's there to keep the trash and rodents in, not people out. I didn't see a chalk outline of a body, though the pieces of carpet cut out might have been just that. Sleep in your vehicle, or outside. This place needs to be condemned.
