The welcome bag at check-in was a small touch, but it made a big impression, and the front desk staff were so friendly. Check-in itself was quick and easy. I travel often, and this hotel really stood out for how spotless everything looked, from the lobby and hallways to the room, which smelled fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning, with everything clean and well stocked, and the breakfast staff made sure people were looked after with a smile. Housekeeping was polite and attentive to details throughout my stay. Everyone seems to take pride in their work. I’d gladly return and recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The welcome bag, status upgrade, freshly baked cookies, and very comfortable bed all made for a great stay. This was by far our best Holiday Inn Express experience, and it ranks among our best stays at any hotel. Before booking, we called with a few questions. Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, so we knew we wanted to stay. Michelle and Hailey greeted us with warm smiles when we arrived, and it was clear everyone cared about getting the details right. We’ll definitely be back when passing through town.

After 23 hours on the road, we’d already been turned away by other places because it was the middle of the night. We were traveling cross-country without planning responsibly, and Ms. Hailey was a godsend. She let us check in in the middle of the night, welcomed us warmly, explained breakfast, and offered water. At a time when it seemed everyone was focused on profit, she showed real empathy. The breakfast was great the next morning, and the room and property were clean. I hope her manager or corporate team recognizes her. Staff like Ms. Hailey keep a business profitable through excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

The biscuits at breakfast really stood out. I told Barbara Johnson they were the best we’d had across all our stays: golden brown, crisp, flaky, and buttery, and great with the gravy. My family and I stopped overnight on the way to Myrtle Beach, SC, and the front desk staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we entered the Holiday Inn Express. When we asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, they brought it without hesitation. The location was convenient, just off the highway and close to a Walmart. We also appreciated the scratch-off card for a chance to earn extra reward points.
