This place was horrible, and I found cockroaches everywhere. The room smelled awful, and it wasn't clean: the sheets, bathroom, and carpet were dirty, with mold all over. If you have asthma or heart problems, stay away because I don't think this is healthy. You only get one small towel. They charge $80 plus a $20 deposit, and I don't think it's worth the money. H&R should shut this place down for the sake of people's health. I hope someone calls the police on them. This feels like a fraud.

I couldn't stay there, it was so dirty and disgusting. The sheets were stained, and the whole place looked badly neglected, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool was disgusting too, and there were no lights at the entrances. The rooms felt dirty and disrespectful to customers. They should take this listing off the app, since it doesn't even meet basic standards of decency.

There were roaches crawling all over, including on the sheets, appliances, bathroom, and walls. Everything was filthy and smelled terrible. It's pretty bad. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

The room we were assigned, 220, was disgusting: coke bags on the floor, stained carpet, sheets with stains and holes, broken drawers, a moldy sink, and a mini-fridge that smelled awful. People we didn't know also kept knocking on our door through the night, and the place didn't feel safe. It was our last option, so we made do, but please don't choose this place if you can avoid it. Check-in was a mess too. We waited 30 minutes each, and the first person in line was a Vietnam veteran who had already been waiting 30 minutes before the previous guy finished. The 4-whenever shift guy was extremely rude to women. He said he was having a bad day because his car wouldn't start, then spoke rudely to three groups of women, even though we weren't part of his personal problems. He also took an incredibly long time to help people. The service was horrible, and there were strange people around. I'd give this place 0/10 if I could.
