The room had a very loud refrigerator, tub jets that didn't work, stained sheets, and a tub so slippery that I fell and hurt my shoulder. We were also charged for extra towels. Check-in was unpleasant too, with a front desk employee who seemed annoyed and made us feel like a burden. At the entrance, the security guard was rude and confrontational toward our driver because we hadn't checked in yet. We arrived late at night, got one of the furthest buildings, and weren't offered bell service or luggage carts, so we carried everything in the dark. The cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service were far below expectations. It didn't feel like a Wyndham-quality resort, and we wouldn't recommend it.

We had a nightmare of a stay and were moved THREE TIMES after midnight because the A/C never worked and the bathroom overflowed. The keys also kept failing, and despite all this the hotel did nothing to make things right. The advertised 1 King + 2 Doubles turned out to be two separate rooms, one normal sized and the other a tiny box. We specifically wanted one suite because we were traveling with our kids, so that layout was awful. Completely unacceptable for a resort. You're better off somewhere else!

We really enjoyed the resort itself, but the sales team was horrific. They kept insisting I had great credit and refused to accept that I couldn't afford the monthly payment. Having good credit is true, but I have no desire to ruin it using it to pay for a vacation!

The lakes are gorgeous, and the staff were very kind. There are activities for children, adolescents, and adults, with plenty to do: tennis, golf, basketball, an arcade, and a gym. They also have a traditional luxury spa and a self-service spa, and there may be more. This is one of our favorite vacation locations.

A beautiful pool area with a whole deli/general store right there, and the beds are gigantic and very comfortable. The resort is also well positioned for visiting points of interest around central Florida. Fantastic place to stay.
