The breakfast had just about anything you could think of, and I really enjoyed the gym and game room, which made me feel like a kid again. I was here for a work conference, and my company covered the room. The lobby was welcoming, the staff were polite and professional, and my room was clean with comfortable beds. The shower was so nice I didn't want to get out. It was a very enjoyable stay, and one of the better places I've been in a while.

The staff were super nice, and I liked the hotel. The main drawback was how firm the beds and couch were. If you like a hard bed, it may suit you, but I prefer softer furniture. The bar in the middle of the hotel can get noisy at night, though the extra bedroom door helps keep the sound down, so it wasn't a huge problem. Breakfast had plenty of choices for something free, and the coffee was decent.

Housekeeping did a great job. After our days at the parks, the room was always clean, and they even arranged our stuffed animals on the bed. From the 10th floor we had a lovely view of the EPCOT ball and could watch fireworks from the window each night. Breakfast was good every day, with waffles and lots of toppings like red rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips, Oreo pieces, marshmallows, whipped cream, and different fudges. Five stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 💛

The front desk communication was excellent. They texted us well before arrival because we'd checked in ahead, and the hostess was attentive and happy to answer our questions. As a Diamond member, this is easily one of the best places I've stayed. The room was clean, with a great layout separating the bedroom from the living space. Even on Thanksgiving, the made-to-order omelet breakfast was quick and delicious. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area.
