The hotel has changed its name to Legacy Grand Condo and has different people managing it. We had to buy our own towels and toilet paper. The rooms were very dirty and had ants, and the beds had bed bugs. There’s no breakfast or gym. The staff only speak Spanish, no English. This is a hotel, not a condo, and the advertising is false.

The room and PIN code we got through Airbnb opened an occupied room. I later found another review describing the same thing. I can’t say whether this place is a hotel, condo, or something else, but I wouldn’t recommend it if safety matters to you. Someone seems to be doing something they shouldn’t.

I’m staying in one of the rooms now, booked through Airbnb with my family. We like it so far. It’s decent and clean!

There’s frequent marijuana use around the property, and management doesn’t seem to address it. If you need a smoke-free place for your family, this may not be the best choice.

My family couldn’t really sleep the first night. The room smelled so bad it triggered my nose allergy, and the cover sheet gave me a rash on my back. The water wasn’t clean either, and a bad smell came up whenever we used the toilet. There was dirt under the bed. The host insisted it was a stain, which was a lie. I asked for a partial refund, but host Audy Stephany refused, so I had to ask Airbnb to help. The host never replied, and still charged me 500 dollars for five days. This hotel and host are BS.
