The reception ladies were lovely and tried to help, but the manager's hospitality skills were very poor. We had properties booked for two consecutive weeks and had to move between units. Even though they knew we were changing properties, the next room wasn't ready that day. Our luggage and refrigerated food sat at room temperature for a few hours. Once it was ready, the lock didn't work, so maintenance stayed around for about an hour fixing it. The transition was made far more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be. The next morning, maintenance came in without telling us and used chlorine on the back porch where our clothes were hanging. We'd told the manager a week ahead that a guest would stay one night, so the sofa bed would be ready, but its loose screws made it collapse and unsafe to use. The properties need serious upkeep: sliding doors don't seal, noise from the nearby rides carries in, and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept this century. The duvet covers were just sandwiched between two bedsheets. Don't they have a normal duvet cover, or is it laziness? It feels like the place is run by random people instead of hospitality professionals. Extremely disappointing. Avoid.
