Nobile Hotel Parkway at Celebration Orlando

Gabriela at the front desk was wonderful, attentive, kind, and really helpful. She made a real difference for us. We were happy with our stay at Nobile Parkway Hotel, especially for the value and convenient location in Orlando. It’s a simple hotel without many frills, which suited us as a couple since we spent most of the day out. Breakfast had enough variety to start the day and was satisfying, though nothing fancy. My one suggestion is to improve the room cleanliness a bit. We left satisfied.

The staff were really nice and breakfast was great. For a budget hotel, this was good value and fairly clean, especially compared with other, pricier places I’ve stayed that had bugs. I’d come back. I only stayed overnight and didn’t try the amenities, though I saw a pool, a tiny gym, and an ice machine by the room. I liked that the rooms are reached from the lobby and elevator, rather than being outside. There was one small bug in the bathroom, but I didn’t see any others. It may have come through the sink or when people came through the doors. The sheets looked clean, but they were wrinkled. My mom wondered if someone had slept in the middle of the bed, though otherwise it seemed clean and I’m hoping the bedding just hadn’t been folded or handled properly. I didn’t find anything in the bed, but I wore long pants and socks just in case, and next time I’d ask for fresh bedding and put it on myself since my mom made me nervous. I didn’t think the room was dirty.

We got no housekeeping during our two nights, but on checkout day staff were banging on the door early and asking us to leave well before the 11am checkout. When we returned from the park and asked for extra towels, I was told housekeeping had gone and there were none to give until morning. I asked if someone could get them from housekeeping and was rudely refused. That made me think they had towels but didn’t want to retrieve them. The next morning the desk person was on her phone, and I couldn’t interrupt to ask again. The location was excellent for Disney. We overlooked a few blood spots on the ceiling and bathroom wall because the sheets were clean and there were no bugs. I used to manage a hotel, and the customer service here was poor. Management needs an overhaul, and staff should be trained to be friendly and acknowledge guests. I won’t return because of the attitudes.

The room was hot because the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, and the TV made a glitchy sound every 3 seconds, so there was no point turning it on. It was gross, and I won’t make this mistake again. We came in almost at 4 and will leave bright and early, so I haven’t interacted much with the staff. I’m not taking a chance on their breakfast. They charged the room rate and a $50 deposit, then added another 30. I thought that amount was included in the price when I booked, but it isn’t on the confirmation email now. If you risk staying here, screenshot the listing so you can prove what it showed. Whatever you pay for this room is too much.
