Randy went above and beyond to help me book the room, making the whole process smooth and easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. The room was affordable, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, so the stay was stress-free. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, with no ads, which was a big plus. Customer service was outstanding.

I really like my room, nobody bothers me, and I'm very satisfied. The maintenance team, senor Rafael and senor Luis, the front desk staff, senor Raul and senora Elizabeth, and the housekeeping staff, Senora Noemi and Senora Suaneth, are all friendly and accommodating. They work together to keep the grounds very clean. Just know what the saying “you get what you pay for” means if you ever feel like complaining about something. Some residents may be lacking in good “formal training”….

I just renewed my lease because everything here is very nice and the people are great. My leasing agent, Ruby, was very helpful, as were Luis, Rafael, and the sweet lady who does the cleaning. They're all friendly and helpful, a great team. Thank you.

My stay has been pleasant so far. The room is decent and meets my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Abby helped me through the chat during check-in, and her prompt support was really helpful. Thank you!
