Comfort Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

We arrived from California around 8am and they let us check in early, so we even got to have breakfast that day. It was a nice budget stay for the price. The outside doesn’t look very new, but the inside has been renovated and looks good. Our room was nice, and the beds were clean, soft, and comfortable. The pool was clean too. Breakfast was okay for what we paid.

Getting around on foot was easy, with shopping and restaurants in the same parking lot. Jersey Mike’s Subs and Chipotle are about a minute away, and Bi-Mart is across the lot, around a two-minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, and our bedroom and bed were comfortable. There were some homeless people in the area, though I didn’t see any tent cities.

I recently relocated here for my special education teaching job and needed somewhere to stay while my home rental was being finished. Elenia has been so kind and has looked after everything I needed. She’s the backbone of this hotel and should be the manager. The hotel is clean, the customer service is amazing, and this is the nicest place to stay in Klamath.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff tried to get into my room more than once, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door the entire time. During the first attempt, the door was opened while I was alone and naked inside. I talked to staff afterward to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and asked whether there was another sign I needed to use. They assured me they wouldn’t enter with the sign on the door. The next day, someone used a key to come in anyway. When I confronted them, they tried to shift the blame. Later, when I brought it up as I was leaving because of the second incident, staff seemed not to care. I filed a police report, but the police never came to take it. Overall, it felt sketchy.
