We stayed this week because of a family emergency in town. My husband, toddler, and I had picked this hotel based on the pictures, since it looked like one of the nicer, cleaner options. It’s only three or four miles from the hospital, which was convenient. Sylvia greeted us when we arrived and was so kind and on top of everything. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are really kind. She made the stay great.

Tamara was incredibly kind and warm when I checked out at 5 a.m. She asked if I had anything to eat, then put together a lovely breakfast to go. It made my day. Please give her a raise! I’ll definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again.

The rooms are nice, housekeeping comes every day, and there are good breakfast options. The downsides were the noisy elevator and a rough ride in it. The hotel is by a busy street, so traffic can be a little loud depending on where your room is.

We found it quiet and very clean, and the staff were really friendly. Parking was limited, though it didn't cause us any trouble during our visit. The new coffee machine was a fun surprise, pretty fancy! We'd stay again when we're in Klamath Falls.

After a sandstorm at my desert campsite forced me to leave in the middle of the night, I drove until 2am without a reservation anywhere. I probably looked pretty sketchy, but the front desk treated me so kindly and took great care of me. I even lost the key almost immediately, and they helped with that too. The room was thoughtfully set up for an easy stay. I appreciated it a lot!
