Motel 6 Klamath Falls

After a stressful day, the night auditor and her manager made checking in the easiest thing I'd done all day. Their customer service was some of the best I've had. The room was clean, the motel was in the best shape I've seen it in for years, and all the employees were helpful. The manager went above and beyond to welcome me and seems dedicated to his staff. I'm glad to see the improvement and will happily return. Wonderful experience.

The rates are great, and the rooms beat some I've had at more expensive places. It stayed quiet because staff dealt quickly with noise when it got loud. Zak was awesome from check-in through our stay.

Restaurants and fast food are nearby, and the location is convenient. My stay was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond when I needed something, especially Zak. Well worth the price.

We walked into our room and were very disappointed. We paid $130, but it was dirty and smelled like pee. There was gum and other staining on the wall by the bed, dead bugs and dirt on the floor under the bed, and the sheets seemed as if they hadn't been cleaned. I know it's a motel and we only wanted a bed, but I'd rather have slept in my truck in a parking lot. I've never written a review before, but this made me feel I had to. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!
