At 6 pm on the day of our visit, we called and showed up at the last minute. My kids were already calling it the best fancy place they’d been to within ten minutes. The sunroom is gorgeous, and the rest of the place is thoughtfully decorated too, with a game room. We really enjoyed chatting with Amanda and her family. We’d come back if we travel through this part of Alaska again.

The Homer Room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious each morning. We had great wifi throughout our stay, too. Pioneer Ridge B&B is in a quiet but convenient spot, with fantastic views from the property. Our host was friendly and welcoming. We loved staying here and highly recommend this charming B&B.

The wood walls make the place feel homey, and there's a lot to enjoy, including sewing tables and a game room with chess and foosball. I think there was ping pong too, though I didn't get a chance to play. Great service and an amazing view.

The owners and staff were amazing, and the homemade breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. My husband and kids, ages 14 and 7, didn’t want to leave after our one-night stop to break up the drive from Denali to Seward. The room was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless and clean. One night wasn’t enough. We’d stay again in the future and highly recommend checking it out.

The owner was very friendly, and the location was close to town. We liked everything this lovely B&B offered, from the decorations to the amenities, along with the gorgeous views and scrumptious breakfast. It was the best stay of our whole trip in Alaska.
