If you need somewhere to go get high, this might suit you. For a nice, family-friendly place to stay, I’d avoid this and just about every other hotel, motel, or “no tell” on Chapman Hwy.

There were roaches, no breakfast, dirty towels and sheets, no toilet paper, and the remote didn’t work. Absolutely terrible, zero stars. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. I just saw a little black bug on me, too. SMH.

The ice machine takes quarters, and there’s no snack or drink vending. I’ll never stay here again. At check-in, they were nice and had to clean an accessible room because I use a wheelchair. As housekeeping left, she told me not to plug in the lamp, which we thought was no big deal. Then we noticed the bathroom door had no doorknob, and the phone didn’t work when I tried to call. I went to the office hoping to switch rooms. The employee said housekeeping had already left, and if we moved, that room couldn’t be cleaned or rented, so they’d lose money. I explained the problems, and he said the lamp was fine and he’d come plug it in. It didn’t have a bulb anyway. I asked if we could stay the first night and move for the last one, and he said yes. I didn’t switch rooms, but I took pictures.

The night cost $85, and the place felt depressing. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed anywhere, and it seemed like nearly everything was broken, from light fixtures and outlets to room doors. I would’ve given it zero stars if I could.
