Robin was a delight when I spoke with her by phone Friday afternoon. Kelly checked us out and was just as wonderful, and the Saturday breakfast was amazing. The attendant was attentive and very friendly. Robin, Kelly, and the second shift on February 20th, 2026 were all beyond amazing. When we arrived to check in Friday night, the systems were down because of a worldwide problem, not an issue with the property. I didn't get the staff members' names, but they handled it beautifully and check-in was smooth despite the trouble. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend the property to anyone staying nearby.

Penny does a great job with breakfast. It was excellent, and the cleanest, best-stocked hotel breakfast I've seen. The water, cookies, and Tootsie Rolls were all a big hit too. From check-in to checkout, the whole staff went above and beyond. Perry, Roger, Heather, and Robin were amazing and kept asking how our stay was and whether we needed anything. You can tell The Smith family takes pride in their hotels. Thank you.

Jonathan, Perry, Lauren, Kelly, and Randy made us feel so welcome. They're professional, and the hotel is very well maintained and clean. The breakfasts were excellent too. We had a delightful stay, and this will be our go-to place when we're in Knoxville. Can't say enough good things about it. A++++

Right off the highway, this place has lots of little extras that make you happy. Everyone gets bottled water, there's a fenced area for dogs, and the rooms are very clean and have the necessary toiletries. Breakfast is great too. The extra effort is appreciated. After this stay, I'll always stay here when I'm in the area.

We live nearby and stayed here while our home had insurance repairs, so we know the area well. The hotel was much better maintained than I expected, especially since we've traveled often and stayed in places I'd consider much nicer. I maintain pools myself, and this one was immaculate compared with pools at those supposedly nicer hotels. I was oddly impressed. If you need a stop while traveling on I-75, I couldn't recommend it more.
