I was here for work for about 18 days. The cook was cool, but I didn’t really get to have breakfast in the mornings because all the options were pork, and there was no turkey meat for me as a Muslim. I also had to ask the front desk for tissues during my stay because they never brought new ones. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

I was here for about a week, and the front desk was kind and helpful. Julie, who handles breakfast, is awesome, and manager Cole has a great crew. The rooms were super clean when I arrived, and the remote has an easy Netflix login button. That was my experience, and I’d recommend staying here, especially for a business trip.

The room had plenty of space, and the hotel felt very clean and fresh. The bed was so hard I woke up sore, though. The heater was quite loud, and the pool wasn’t very warm.

We came with a big group of childhood friends for a wedding and were told we could use the conference room afterward. It was late, and we were being very loud. I understand why staff needed to ask us to stop, but one person came in and immediately yelled, “shut it down now.” A kinder approach would have gone a long way. The next morning, while we were leaving, he was still talking badly about us and gossiping about us at the front desk, with us right there. I’d never speak about guests like that in my workplace lobby, especially in front of them. It felt extremely unprofessional and made the hotel look bad.
