Home2 Suites By Hilton Kokomo

This was our second stay, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. We had arrived hours before check-in and were rushing to a wedding rehearsal, so Sierra at the front desk was so helpful and sweet about getting us into a room in time to get ready. The housekeeper who cleaned our spacious, very clean room was lovely too, though I didn’t catch her name. Everyone on the staff was kind and wonderful. We’ll come back again.

From check-in on, the front staff were welcoming and wonderful. Our room was clean, updated, and free of musty smells or stains. The pool was nice, and the teens enjoyed the exercise equipment. Breakfast had plenty of good options.

We were in town for a family function, and I was looking for an EV charger onsite. The rooms were spacious, and I liked how much lighting they had. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very nice. Parking was a bit awkward, and I didn’t care for the breakfast. Also, please make sure rooms have enough paper supplies. I had no toilet paper, only a few tissues in the box, and no extra roll of TP. Other than that, all good. It’s a nice addition to Kokomo.

During my 7-day stay, I had to ask twice to get my room cleaned. I ran out of towels, and nobody made the bed or changed the linens. When I asked the front desk lady for water, she said they don’t provide it to diamond members. I asked why, and she told me the place is privately owned. The owners seem clueless, and this was easily the worst managed location I’ve had the displeasure of staying at. It’s the absolute worst Home2Suites location I’ve visited and a terrible representation of the Hilton brand. I’ll never stay here again.
