Quality Inn & Suites Kokomo

The breakfast room was well stocked, everything worked, and the place was peaceful and quiet. We had a great Memorial weekend stay, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. My husband and I enjoyed every minute and had nothing to complain about. This is our new go-to when we visit Kokomo, Indiana. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The front desk gentleman was very empathetic, and those two stars are for him. We booked yesterday but lasted maybe two hours before leaving. The pool water was so murky we couldn't see our feet, and there were clumps of hair in it. The hall smelled strongly of weed no matter how much Febreze we sprayed. There was a crack in the shower and one spider, then three more came out while I was showering. I didn't want to risk bringing bugs home. I plan to call the manager Monday. This was unacceptable. My receipt showed $81 for the night, but my bank account was charged $131. Don't waste your money, there are plenty of other hotels on the strip.

We only stayed from after 9 PM until about 6:30 AM because my son's baseball team hotel next door was sold out, so we booked this one. I would've left right away if there'd been another option. The place smelled smoky, old, and stale. Hall and common-area carpets were stained, dirty, and lifting in spots, with marks on the walls too. Our room felt dingy, and the bathroom was especially gross, including brown stains under the sink that made it seem like important areas weren't being cleaned. I was embarrassed by what I paid, over $130 for one night. My 12-year-old said we should've slept in the car. I would never stay here again, even if they paid me, and highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We showed up Saturday afternoon, a day later than planned, though my online booking was for Friday night through Sunday morning. They still gave us a room at the reserved price, and the front desk upgraded us from what we'd booked. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was really nice, and I loved the hardwood floors.
