The vending machine is best avoided. It looked like the night manager had just put random things from his car in there, lol. They do have a washer and dryer, plus an ice vending machine, so bring your own snacks. I've stayed twice during a Natchez trace motorcycle trip. It's a basic place to rest and freshen up before getting back on the bike, and the Mexican restaurant next door makes dinner convenient.

We were just passing through and needed somewhere for one night. The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable, and the AC worked great. There were a few spots where the room wasn't clean, but it didn't smell, despite what several earlier reviewers had said. It was a nice stay overall.

I found cockroaches the next day, and all the doors were peeling. This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

There's a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. The place itself was nice, clean, and quiet.

I've visited family and vacationed in every hotel in town, and the Econo was the cleanest of them all. It also didn't have the odor I noticed in the places with carpet.
