Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Kyle

We loved it here. The room was super clean, and everyone on staff was kind and great. Walmart and a couple of other stores and restaurants are an easy walk away. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

For the price, the stay itself was about what I expected, but the customer service was disappointing. None of our devices, my laptop, my phone, or my wife's phone, could connect to the internet during our two nights. The front desk said they couldn't help and gave us a support number. We called twice and spent more than 45 minutes on the phone each time. Tech support wasn't helpful with troubleshooting, couldn't fix it, and promised to call back with a solution but never did. I don't understand how a new hotel in 2025 can leave guests without Wi-Fi. I also wrote to corporate afterward and got no reply. Spend your money somewhere else for a better experience.

Nice-looking hotel, but I wouldn't come back after three weeks here. The internet was awful, the remote didn't work, and the bed and sheets smelled bad and had stuff on them. Alexandria was the only rude person at the front desk. The rest were sweet. It wasn't worth the money.

I've stayed here for a month and would stay forever if my work weren't so far away. The room is great and clean, the service is great, and the hospitality is good. The location is the best, close to everything you need, and it's family-friendly even though I'm here without my family. Great work, ESA Kyle Team! Thumbs up from Greatech team.
