The staff were polite and professional, and even spoke to the family upstairs when their children were stomping so I could sleep. They and the family were very accommodating, and everyone got a good night's rest. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We stayed one night, 10/4-10/5, in room 204, and that was enough. The bathroom door wouldn't close, so we had to go downstairs to use the restroom. The tub was filthy, the shower curtain was nasty, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. We couldn't shower at all. In the room, only one lamp worked, the curtains were ripped, and construction started at 8am. I'm a very light sleeper, and neither I nor my family could sleep in. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekends. At $191.00 a night, it wasn't worth it. As a housing manager, I don't think they should put people in rooms that aren't in good condition. Quality over quantity, always.

I needed somewhere to stay for a few days after leaving the hospital, but the manager wasn't much help. The older woman at the desk was the most helpful, even though she needed a hip replacement. They're remodeling, and the place is a mess, with paint and drywall debris everywhere. My room door didn't close properly, and bathroom fixtures were falling into the tub, held up by only two screws.

I travel a lot and love staying here. It's very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. I had to leave early, so I didn't have breakfast.
