La Conner Channel Lodge

La Conner Channel Lodge made it easy to explore the town: the shops, galleries, and restaurants are just steps away. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony, a walk on the boardwalk, and quiet time by the fireplace. The room was spotless and well kept, with restful waterfront views; waking to the channel and boats drifting by was especially relaxing. The lodge feels cozy and homey while still offering upscale comfort. From arrival on, the staff treated me with warm, personal care and thoughtful touches. I left refreshed and grateful, already looking forward to coming back. It's a lovely choice for a peaceful getaway with memorable views and service.

The Captains suite had a beautiful view, and in October the leaves were a colorful bonus. Staff made us feel like guests were their top priority and went well beyond what we expected. There was a tasty complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. We'd definitely stay again.

I've stayed here several times over the past ten years and still think it's the best place to stay in La Connor. The channel views are great, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and I like the Northwest feel. The breakfast was really good too, especially the fresh fruit and great coffee. It's a must for that Northwest experience.

We paid for a channel-side suite at Channel Lodge in La Conner, but the room smelled strongly of pot. When we opened the windows and lifted the blinds, we found a pot vape pen and handed it to the front desk. Then the toilet wouldn't flush. We were told to use the hallway bathroom until maintenance could repair it in the morning. No other channel-side room was available. For all of this, they offered a $50 refund and one small 8 oz bottle of prosecco for the two of us. I'm really disappointed. It's an expensive stay, and we expected better.
