The location is excellent, close to popular venues and good restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and orderly. The 24-hour coffee station was useful. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, fine when you need something in a pinch. I have a couple of small suggestions. Bathroom signs say you can ask for toiletries, but you might not realize you need lotion until you’re out of the shower and naked. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were well stocked. Also, in room #810 the TV sticks out awkwardly into the path to the bathroom. I nearly hit my eye or bruised my forehead on it. Still, a good stay in a beautiful city with lovely architecture.

It’s a very nice looking property, and I was impressed by the condition. The basement area was a plus. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked clean and well maintained. The staff we met were pleasant throughout. The downside was housekeeping. We’d selected service every other day but didn’t receive it at all. We requested extra towels through the app at check-in, but none arrived. By the second day we had to take our trash to the alley dumpster, and we had to ask for more toilet paper.

We stopped here during our tour and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The pool was clean and a lot of fun, and the basement game room was a nice bonus. The rooms had high ceilings and felt roomy. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The GM was very kind when we checked in and graciously offered a room when our friends arrived at the last minute. He remembered us and said hello at breakfast the next day. All in all, a great stay.

There was a clean pool and a downstairs game room with a pool table, and the location was handy, just a few blocks from everything. The room was okay and everything else worked, but the shower was awful, with warm water and practically no pressure. Breakfast came with the stay, so expectations were low, but at least it was available. They charged me $20 for shop items we never took. I had to ask about it three times and even call. The amount matters less than the principle, and it makes me wonder how often this happens. We parked in a garage a couple of blocks away. Valet was $40 a night, with short-term parking at $10. I won't stay here again; there are much better downtown options.
