The front desk staff were awesome and really helpful. Everything was well kept, and there were a few things to do around the property. The laundry room was spotless, and I enjoyed the indoor pool. People were friendly too.

We love this park and keep coming back. This will be our sixth year in the valley, and there’s plenty to keep us busy here. The park employees are helpful and friendly, but the winter Texans are absolutely wonderful.

They always have events for residents, and the community gets to join in too. The park is clean and well cared for, and the staff are friendly. The manager has been especially helpful and caring.

The physical setting is nice, and it seems like a good retirement community. I took off a point because management can be petty at times. They could show a little more appreciation for the people who live here and keep the place in business.

We really enjoy staying here, and the staff are very nice. They’ve taken care of everything we’ve needed. We may winter here this year, but we need to check the pricing before deciding.
