Rodeway Inn & Suites

We booked the hot tub suite, and the desk clerk was intrusive and rude all evening. At one point he came right into our room without warning to ask about a noise, apparently the bed shaking. We get that kind of room for one reason.

Zero stars. The first room had bugs in the bathtub. In the next one, neither the fridge nor the remote worked. The owner-manager won't return calls, so there's nobody to talk to about the problems or getting a refund.

I'd choose somewhere else if there are other options. A hotel down the street cost me $12 less, and everything there worked.

I’m asking for my $81 refund for the April 25, 2025 check-in, itinerary #73090503335063. I didn't use the room because the website said it was non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarettes as soon as I went in. With my asthma, I couldn't stay inside for even five minutes. I hope you understand my situation. Expedia has kept calling your location about this, but the answer is always that the manager isn't around. Please sort this out. I've attached photos showing the room's smoke detectors are broken. Thanks.
