Lichenhearth Condos by iTrip Aspen Snowmass

The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and I’d stay here again. Our excellent unit was true ski-in/ski-out, only steps from the lifts on one of the best mountains around.

The ski access is hard to beat. We could ski right up to the back patio, and the Base Village lifts and Sky Cab (Skittles) to the Village Mall were only a one-minute walk away. It took about ten minutes to walk to the market. Lichenhearth 26 was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and roomy for the four of us, even though the complex itself is older. Before the trip, communication was excellent. Our entry code didn’t work when we arrived, but the staff and owners fixed it right away, which we appreciated. The unit holds heat well, so we left the heat off after being warned it could get hot, and we were comfortable. We stayed at the Viceroy last year and enjoyed the five-star hotel experience, but preferred Lichenhearth. You give up the bar, restaurant, and ski valet, while getting more living space and better mountain access. With the substantial savings and convenience, it was a worthwhile trade-off. We’d absolutely stay again.

The unit was clean and as described, and the iTrip Aspen hosts responded quickly and handled every issue or concern right away. We felt we got better service than we would at a hotel. If we return to Snowmass, we’ll stay at one of their properties again. Thank you.
